2 out 2 newly installed skylight windows leaking after the first rain. We ate our family dinner last Friday (01/06/2023) next to the bucket which was collecting rain drops from our new skylight window. The video and photos of this leak were sent to Master Roofers LLC. Our old kitchen skylight window was 18 years old and never ever leaked. Waiting for Master Roofers LLC response.

The entire experience was professional and well executed.
A free estimate and evaluation of the roof was performed. The leaking area was diagnosed and pictures taken.
Later, options were presented in a well written and detailed overview of the problem and possible solutions.
The repairs were done without hassle a few days later, after submitting the deposit.
I feel the price is justified, and really was reasonable given the quality of the experience.
So far, no problems. I would use this company again.

Work was inspected by a foreman who would visit the site on a regular basis to make sure the work was of the best quality and craftsmanship. At the end of the project, workers raked and walked the yard around the house to find loose roofing nails and other small debris which was greatly appreciated.

We have now gone through our first winter with the new shingles and am very pleased to say we have not experienced the leaks that had happened before the new roof was installed, and I have not had to use a snow rake on the roof once this year. Overall a very professional job with quality work. I would highly recommend Master Roofers.

I sincerely could not recommend any better service that I received from Master Roofers. From the sales part of it and the installation and follow-up was superior. Without reservation I would recommend this company.

Master Roofers were some of the best contractors we have worked with ever. Alice is wonderful at keeping in touch over the telephone when we needed to update her about the close on the house we bought. The three season porch was completely gone as shown to us by the home inspector. The pitch of the roof was almost flat and it was the cold winter months. Due to these factors, a rubber roof was recommended. The quoted price of the project was well within range of other quotes. A deposit was required upfront, but Master Roofers got in and did the job the first day that it was not raining/snowing in January after our close. They got it done fast and well and cleaned up after themselves. The job did not deviate at all from their quoted price. The staff was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions too. We highly recommend them.
