+ -1 morer. His crew arrived on time and did an excellent repair. The crew cleaned up afterwards and left no nails or other debris behind. We were very pleased with Derek's prompt response, his fair price, and the repair job done. He kept in contact with us while we were waiting for the service to be scheduled. .We think he is honest and fair.
Description of Work: Two chimney flashings on an old Victorian home had to be replaced. Derek came when he said he would and he gave us a firm price and time when he could schedule the repair.
