These fellas were on top of every 2021-2022 snowstorm. They came by unannounced in fall of '21 and staked out my parking lot- talk about conscientiousness! When it hit the fan Patrick would make a pass on the snowbank the City had left so's my tenant could leave for work. Then, day after a storm, came by to complete the work. Two walkways were always kept clear, so's not to kill the mailman, FedEx, or UPS heroes. Pricing is, I think, concurrent with modern-day costs of just about everything else we can't or won't do for ourselves. These boys, though, demonstrated good value for my money spent. I honestly think that they uphold the ideas of value and honesty through their work. I wish this were a paid endorsement, but it ain't. We could all use a few extra duckets in the fountain from time-to-time. Even still, I look forward next Winter to Manchester Plowing, LLC helping me maintain the comfortable standard of living at my property.

I hired them because I am physically unable to shovel anymore. I had to call to remind them I was a customer. When he came it took him about ten minutes. The driveway had two inches of packed down snow from the tires of his truck on both sides of the driveway. This would have frozen into ice had I not used a scraper to fix it. This caused me physical pain. I do not expect perfection, but I require the snow to be removed from the driveway.

"Your signed contract arrived the day of the storm and you were not scheduled to be plowed. With a garage at the end of your driveway, we must back drag the snow away from the garage and this will often leave tire tracks in wet snow. If you let us know this was a concern, an application of salt would have been applied to correct this. All the snow was removed completely, and we never knew that there were any issues until this review. Communication is key! If there is a problem, you need to let us know so we can correct it."

The last time they plowed my driveway,which was the first time with a real amount of snow fall, they tore up all across the front of my lawn, as well as at the end of my driveway. They were suppose to shovel my walkway and stairs, but the job they did was vey sloppy.

"We were hired during a major snow storm and couldn't tell where the driveway or walkways began or ended as they were covered with over half a foot of snow. We need to look at your property before a snow storm to allow proper plowing services and allow us to grade stake the property boundaries if needed."
