The driver and all workers were very responsive, professional and considerate. Though some things have yet to be unpacked, it looks like nothing was broken during the move (which is very unusual for an interstate move of nearly 10,000 lbs.!). This is especially remarkable, because my mom's household goods consisted of a large collection of fragile artifacts and antiques.
My only complaint -- and this is minor -- is that a small creamer and its lid were wrapped together such that the lid fell out unexpectedly and broke when I unpacked them. They should have been wrapped separately. But that's really minor stuff when taking the whole move into account.
The crew at the Los Angeles end was also very good. This is important to note, because some movers do not have good resources at the destination, and an inexperienced crew at the destination can result in disaster!
In conclusion, I don't think you can do better than to have this company move you. They did a great job and were wonderfully kind and considerate with my anxious and edgy 80 year old mom.
