We had an excellent experience from start to finish. They were very professional throughout the whole process. They met with us several times to go over the designs for the new kitchen. Once the project was started it was done with as little disruption to our home as possible. The work started when they said it would and finished within schedule. All the subcontractors that they used were also professional and and did an excellent job. We did not have a functional kitchen for several weeks, but they made it as smooth as possible and the job was completed when they said it would be done. After the project was completed, they continued to respond professionally to any issues or minor complaints with the workmanship. For example, one of the drawers wasn't sliding smoothly and they came out and replaced the rail. It has been several years since our kitchen was completed. Several months ago we had a problem with the soapstone sink that was installed. I called them and they responded the next day. They sent the subcontractor that had installed the sink to our house and the sink was removed and repaired immediately, without question and without a charge. We are very happy with the quality of our kitchen and the whole installation experience. I would have no problem hiring Kitchen and Bath Unlimited for any future projects in our home, and I also recommend them to all my friends who are considering kitchen or bath remodels.
