 + -1 moreThey did not give us an accurate price quote. They didn't tell us that the price may escalate 300%, so we walked away from the job $600 down. They really let us down and it was an unpleasant experience. Our windows still do not work.
Description of Work: We wanted them to repair electric windows in a VW that were not working.

 + -1 moreThey let you know exactly what they're going to do for your vehicle and the schedule that they can do it on. If there's a problem you don't know about they inform you on it as best they can so you can make a good decision on it what you want them to do. If they replace any parts they'll show you the old part so you can see why they had to do it. If they have to send you somewhere else they do a lot of investigations on what's best for you so you won't get taken advantage of. They're very knowledgeable and use good equipment for their work, too. They're just reliable.
Description of Work: Kinne Electric does my state inspection and any issues with my vehicles.
