"As the owner of Kinne Electric Service, I was shocked to read this negative customer review. This customer had an 11 year old Volkswagen Beetle. He asked me to fix the door locks and inoperative window on the driver's side of the vehicle. His main concern was that he could not lock his vehicle. He also needed a headlight replaced. We replaced the headlight and called the customer to tell him that he had a faulty door latch assembly (part alone, $220.80). He told us to go ahead and get one. Once installed, his door locks and window were operative with the key from outside the vehicle but not through the interior window switch. We notified him that he needed a door logic module in order to get that switch working. He declined to have that done. When he picked the car up, he paid his bill of $487.60 (not the $600.00 that he states he walked away from). Of the $487.60, his parts alone were $229.10. He was never given a price quote and he has clearly exaggerated and twisted the facts."
