Very good! I would recommend them to anybody because they are professional and friendly.

Went well. I was quoted a high and low, depending on what was needed. (It was the lower price).

We couldn't have been more pleased with the job.  I had a scheduling conflict and called the day before our appointment to ask about changing the time.  They were very accommodating.   When they arrived the next day, the work was completed professionally and within the time they quoted.  Their quote was about 20% lower than other quotes.  We will call Jim Trombly for any future plumbing needs!

called and they came out in about an hour and a half which i thought was great , very professional and took care of the clog very easily everything was great but i just thought overall it was a little pricy but i don't really know what others charge for the same service.

They had the lowest quote by about 10%.  They did a good job- they were friendly efficient and professional and I got just what I expected.

The install went great. I was 90%complete with the install and needed a pro to test the AC lines for leaks and finish wiring the unit. I couldn't be happier with the work he did. Very professional and friendly. What really irked me is his rate was $125/hr. The job took a little over 4 hours for him to complete, but he charged me an extra hour to commute from his shop to my house despite it being in his company's service area. The commute from Manchester to my house in Merrimack is only 20 minutes, mind you. I called the shop and they told me that the charge is an industry standard, so unless you are lucky enough to be located adjacent to the shop, you will be billed over $2/min for the pro to drive his truck to your house. That's more than a limo driver makes, mind you. To me that doesn't seem fair at all. What if he takes a wrong turn? How is that my problem? Had it been explained to me on the initial phone call that I would be billed for his commute, I would've done more research. Buyer beware.

We've used Jim several times since becoming  home owners.  He and his crew always do a great job, are thorough and professional.

He's fixed burst pipes for us, well pump issues (ugh) and one or two plumbing problems we've had in the 3 years we've lived here.

The installation was outstanding.   The guys showed up at 9am to start the job.  They removed the oil furnace and oil tank, installed the new gas boiler and tied it into the four zones.  The gas furnace was installed and running by 5pm of the same day.  The company coordinated with the City inspector to get the installation inspected the same day and in time for the gas company to set the gas meter.  They did a nice job and left basement cleaner than they found it.  The furnace and service they delivered was much better than that offered by their competitors. Other plumbling houses quoted 50% more and estimated two days to complete the job.    Jim Trombly did the quoted work and fixed one or more additional issues with the zone heating in one day.

estimate was way less than I expected to pay...work was completed quickly and professionally...completely cleaned up after themselves (was cleaner after they left than when they came).  I would definately call them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a severely clogged drain in our kitchen and the garbage disposal was backed up.  We called Jim Trombly Plumbing and someone was at our house within the hour.  The gentleman was very knowledgeable in his field, friendly and did an excellent job.  We would recommend him and the company without reservation - very reasonable,  We actually obtained a quote on another job and have arranged to have a new hot water heater installed on 8/21/2014.

SERVICE WAS DONE WITHIN ESTIMATED TIME AND COST. GETTING THE PART TOOK LONGER THAN WAS QUOTED TO ME, BUT THAT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT, IT HAD TO BE SHIPPED.
