It has been a nightmare with Insight. A very nice rep Colby came by rang our door and said they were spraying a neighbor for Wasps would we like to get serviced. I can give you a discount of $129 since we are here. Great. Gave them my credit card. EXCEPT they forgot to enter my zip code into their system so the card gets rejected. So, very nice people have been calling me to get my credit card. I don't give my credit card over the phone to strangers. Pls. send me an invoice happy to pay it. No invoice. So they call again happy to pay for it. Get the first invoice on 7/14 and pay it when we are back from vacation on 7/20. Now here is where it gets WILD. I pay the $129 plus the late fee due to their error leaving out my zip code. I just want this waste of time to stop. I ask to cancel in writing on their website. I get a call from again a very nice supervisor apologizing but basically saying I can't cancel. He now needs to charge me the $140 discount from the original price if I cancel so when would I like to schedule my next spraying. WHAT! I don't want any more spraying from you guys. EVER. I want to cancel. You can't. Really? Put that into writing to me as Colby said I could cancel with 30 days notice. As NO human can see the below the fold fine print you can ONLY cancel with 3 days of signing the YEAR LONG agreement. I never saw because who is going to scroll through a COVID iPad from an unmasked guy at my door! Lucky for me I have this all caught on video :) BUYER BEWARE. YOU ARE SIGNING A YEAR LONG AGREEMENT THAT YOU CANNOT CANCEL AND THE AGREEMENT IS PERPETUAL UNLESS YOU NOTIFY THEM 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF A DATE YOU DON'T CLEARLY KNOW.
