I am an avid home improvement person. I prefer to do whatever work I can myself as labor costs a lot of money and have had many bad contractor experiences. I'm at the store a lot. I pick the staff's brains and they are so helpful. If they can't answer a question, they summon someone that can. I love the Depot.

Store Manager, Matt Shea is a God among men. He is so helpful and personable. I can't say enough good things about him and his employees. Even his employees like him! That's rare in a manager in my lifetime experience. I had purchased a utility tub online at www.homedepot.com that came equipped with a faucet but there were no holes pre drilled. I brought the tub to the store and Matt had an employee drill the holes for me saving me the expense of purchasing two drill bits that I would probably use only once in my life. Thank you Matt. I wish my husband were more like you. Thank your employees for me too.

They had a really shabby workmanship.  The finishing work was not good.  They replaced my counters three times because they couldn't get it right.  They measured everything for me.  They got it all ready and had them cut the order.  They got it all coming.  They couldn't put it in one piece.  Then they put it in the second time and missed cut it.  I was then waiting for the third counter and I wasn't really happy with them because I just wanted them out of my house.  Everything else went smooth.  I liked the guys though.  I got the issue fixed and the money back for things not done properly.
