He discussed budget and affordability with us and took all the time that we needed. He suggested what would be best for us. If we brought something to him, he said okay, I'll look into that. He went over the pros and cons with us. He has one assistant who works in his office and both of them together are wonderful. You can call them anytime if you have a question. They give you checklists and they will re-explain anything if it's confusing. They go through the whole process step by step, and they talk to all the different people involved. Mr. Moriarty is very honest as well. He has been doing this for decades, and he goes on the radio and educates people about finance/mortgages.
