Green House Home Inspection

We found Jared on here while trying to find a local inspector to look at a potential home and we couldn't be happier with the services provided. Jared came out to inspect the house and septic tanks taking an extensive 6 hours due to us forgetting to mention there were two septic tanks. Jared had already dug out the riskier tank before I even arrived and wasted no time jumping into the second once he got the green light. He checked every nook and cranny, probed every exposed board for pest and water damage, and disappeared into the attic to go climbing. The in depth walk-through and lengthy report were extremely helpful in identifying, short, medium, and long term remediation steps we should take if we decide to purchase the home. We would call Jared back in a heartbeat if we ever need another inspection in the area.

Jared was recommended to us by our real estate agent to perform a home inspection on the house we are buying. He did a great job for less money than the other home inspectors we looked into. He was great about explaining what he was looking for and what he was seeing as he thoroughly investigated every inch of the house. Later that evening, we received a 50+ page inspection report with pictures of every observation he had. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection in the area.

Jared and his trainee were very thorough and explained everything throughout the entire process. We received a detailed report with photographs the same day.

We were very pleased with the time and care Jared took with our home inspection.  We felt that we have solid understanding of the home's systems and the items we will need to address immediately and overtime.  We highly recommend Green Home inspection and would definitely use Jared again in the future.

I was really impressed. We got held up in traffic so were 15 minutes late, but by the time we got there, Jared had already done a preliminary inspection of the exterior of the house AND had dug up the two ends of the septic tank, and probed the leaching field. It was pretty cold out but Jared still did the full inspection of everything outside, and really took his time. I'm pretty handy and familiar with construction, but Jared found tons of things I never would have spotted.

Jared was extremely detail oriented, and covered every square inch of the house. If it's any indication, our buyers agent said this was the longest inspection she had ever seen. All told the inspection took 4.5 hours, and the report was long and detailed.

I would highly recommend Jared if you're buying a house, and if you're selling one and you see Jared coming, you should be very afraid, because he's going to find stuff that you didn't even know was wrong!
