Fantastic job and professional service from the time I contacted GSMS to make an appointment to the promptness of providing a report and invoice for their services. Their website is well designed and very easy to use. I received a call shortly after I submitted a request to book an appointment. Zak was friendly and an appointment was booked in no time! Mark was punctual and provided professional service while explaining the type of furnaces we have. I will definitely use GSMS again and highly recommend them.

I have used GSMS for several projects over the years. The are always professional and provide excellent service. This service was for the replacement of a gas forced hot air furnace with a high efficiency gas forced hot air furnace. Over the years I have used GSMS during a kitchen remodel, a master bath remodel, upgrade of Air Conditioning and the installation of an on-demand gas water heater. I highly recommend them!

My experience with GSMS was very good.  They are punctual and I can count on the job being completed professionally.
Water leaks can be a challenge to identify and resolve, but through careful analysis and checking multiple areas that could be
the source of the problem, they were able to address the situation and take care of the problem.

Our high velocity air-conditioner system was serviced 3 weeks ago for it's annual check by another company we have used, but had little confidence in, and lo and behold, it has not been working properly. Granite State Mechanical was referred to us by our contractor, and we are so appreciative of that! Mark and Zack were extremely responsive, and accommodated my and quot;cry for helpand quot; with same-day service. They provided an estimate of arrival time, then called as they were leaving the prior job to let us know that they were en-route, and arrived right on-time. After putting shoe-coverings on as soon as they entered the house (thank you so much for your kind consideration!), they immediately got to work, promptly assessed the problem, took the time to explain what needed to be done and why, and worked very efficiently. Their pricing was reasonable, and we are very pleased with their work. They kindly took us on as new customers, and we look forward to working with them for years to come.
