Talks the talk but never follows up. Poor workmanship and zero ownership. Chipped my granite steps without acknowledgment. Failed to install the rails properly so I will fix it myself. Checked my checks timely.

"Customer fails to mention, job was done over 2 years ago, very happy at the time. Contacted me about the hydraulic cement shrinking recently. I did take longer than expected to get back to him, went out and took care of the issue, added extra escutcheon covers. Don't know anything about any chipped granite. Unfortunately, some people are never happy."

Doug arrived on time and when he said he would. Got right to work. He did through job did not rush to get it done and made sure i was happy with the work. He honored the price we agreed to with no B.S. I grabbed a few of his business cards for future work and in case anyone asks if i know a welder. Thanks Doug!!!!

Doug did the most amazing job when he designed and installed railings for our front granite steps. The anchor legs were deeply drilled into the granite and then the holes filled with concrete to ensure they never come out. Great job! This job took about 4 hours with a cost of $1,500.
