Jake arrived a few weeks before the move and did a walk through to provide an estimate of the cost.  He was very polite, personable and engaging.  When he offered his estimate it was in the form of a price range.  He then explained the reasons why the final price would end up at the higher or lower end of the estimate.  
On the day of the move Jake and his crew arrived on time and loaded everything on the truck.  Jake even brought a back up truck in case my belongings didn't fit on the smaller truck! Some of my furniture was fragile but the crew wrapped everything extremely well. Jake and his crew moved all of the items, some very unwieldy and heavy, without any mishaps or damage to furniture or surroundings.  Jake and his crew worked well together frequently joking and laughing. 
The delivery, too, was relaxed but efficient. The Jake and crew arrived with the truck a few minutes before the scheduled time and quickly moved everything to its proper destination. Nothing was missing or broken.  They even rearranged some of the furniture when I had a change of heart on its placement with a smile and a joke.
The final price was within the estimated amount but less than the high end of the quoted amount. I would definitely use this mover again.
