They are fine; it works. We like the speed of the internet. We never had a problem so we never had to deal with the customer service yet.

I have had a few issues with Fairpoint. We had a problem with our line due to heat, and also a problem due to someone hitting a phone line. We were without service for quite some time. It took a lot longer than I thought it should have fix the problem. There is often a lot of static and loss of dial tone in the line. They took over our service, it was owned by a larger company prior. I always felt that was the problem, a smaller company, buying a larger company. It is also not very convenient to pay your bill. I like to pay my bill online at a website, and they do not offer that.
