We’ve used them in the past and we’ve been happy with their service. They’re punctual, their price is reasonably. I know they are a septic and a pump service, so they deal with septic systems as well. I trust them. We have dealt with them a couple other times and they are always reliable and they do what they’re asked to do. They don’t leave a mess.

Communication with office staff is extremely frustrating. They don't follow through, don't return calls as promised, took multiple calls over three business days and spoke with multiple office people before we finally got connected to the service man who emptied our tank. The only positive thing I can say about this service is with Tim, he was very knowledgeable and offered sound advice with our tank issue. We will use Carl's Septic for repeat service in the future.

They alwasy do a good job. They put the tank and grass back together. They are neat, clean, and are reasonably priced.
