I have had Covered Bridge do several projects for me. They have exceeded my expectations every time! Paul and Keith are very easy to work with, they listened to what I wanted payed close attention to detail, they take pried in what they do and their finished work is proof! They have knowledge and experience in pretty much anything! Thanks to them I now have a brand new deck, stamped padio, new siding, front door and front steps and they will be my first call for any other projects that need attention!

I've used them for more than just septic, including a retaining wall, refinishing exposed brick walls, hardscape and more. They have done various projects for me since ~2016 Every project has been on time, on budget, and done with outstanding craftsmanship. They’re my go-to team whenever I need top-notch work in a variety of areas. Highly recommend them.

I recently hired Covered Bridge to construct an outdoor horseback riding arena and couldn't be happier with their work. The job consisted of turning a hilly field into a flat surface with the correct grade for drainage and digging out some very large rocks to create the proper base I need to ride on. They showed up right on time, were very professional and friendly and did an excellent job. If anyone is wanting a riding ring built or any other work done I highly recommend them!

If I could give Covered Bridge more than 5 stars, I would give them 10!!!!!!! Covered Bridge completely gutted and remodeled my entire first floor, and the result exceeded every expectation, I finally have my dream kitchen! Several people told me to tear the house down, claiming it wasn’t worth saving. It’s a 90-year-old home that was crooked and uneven by nine inches. But Covered Bridge didn’t just take on the challenge, they completely leveled the structure, made it safe, and turned it into something beautiful. Paul and Keith were phenomenal to work with. They were always responsive, listened carefully, and stayed patient even when I changed my mind more than a few times. They brought professionalism, kindness, and a clear passion for what they do. The care and craftsmanship they put into the project reflect their strong work ethic and pride in their work. Their customer service was top notch! They worked hard, delivered quality results, were fair in pricing, and even contributed creative design ideas I hadn’t considered. Thanks to them, I now have a home that’s both structurally sound and absolutely stunning. They failed to honor a warranty that was guaranteed in the project. He will not return phone calls and wont show up for scheduled appointments to fix the project.

Paul and Dillon are a great team. We received the estimate and soon after the work was completed quickly and efficiently and we are very very happy with the results. I would highly recommend them for any foundation issues as they are the best!!

Hired Paul to seal a leaking bulkhead. I priced out a few different competitors and ended up going with Covered Bridge Outdoor Construction versus competitors due to fair pricing, the warranty on the work, and availability to complete the project. The first repair was done, and it leaked later that day. To Paul's credit he was very willing to come back and repair. Paul came back and put a different type of sealant on the bulkhead concrete. This repair was being done in-conjunction with selling my house, it was specified that a warranty was required for this repair and I would need written proof on company letter head. It took more than 10 days to receive the first letter which contained no reference to any warranty. I've now called Paul several times, won't answer and voicemail is full, sent several emails and he is completely blowing me off. Accountability goes a long way - would have paid more for better service that could be relied upon.

Quick response time and scheduling.

Paul and Dillon were at my house giving me an estimate within two hours of my HomeAdvisor request. (They coincidentally were nearby.) Very friendly guys, passionate about the work they do. I had a very small job. My 8 x 12 wood shed had washed off its foundation blocks when my pool collapsed and floated to a point 15 feet away where it teetered on retaining stones near a slope. I needed them to move it back into place and level it. They came back in few days with a beautiful Kubota and some straps and got the job done. Paul tolerated a bunch of questions that I had about some landscaping ideas and gave me a few ballpark estimates and suggestions for doing them myself. He said he felt bad for having to charge me for something that just got me back to where I was before; he much preferred the good feeling a customer had when they had some new yard feature. I was just happy to have my shed back in place. The shed settled a little since they left, but that's not surprising since I don't have sonotubes, just cinderblocks. I need get out there with my car jack and shim it a little to level. Just FYI for readers. I don't blame Covered Bridge.

Covered Bridge installed a front yard patio and redid a walkway at a house I just moved into. They showed up on time, answered all questions, quote was competitive (I got three). I needed multiple pallets of pavers - one pallet to me was slightly different in color shading. I wasn't happy about that and I give them huge credit - they had already put down some of them and i decided I wanted them removed and they were really really good about it although it created more work. When project was completed they did a good clean up and all debris removed. Would use them again.

Paul was very willing to help out with my damaged sill plate. He quoted me very reasonably. When he came to do the job, he found out that it was simpler than what he thought originally and was very up front about this - the cost actually came in under what the original estimate was! He made sure to discuss the change in plan with us before moving forward. Sometimes was hard to get a response by email, but overall I highly recommend him and he did great work. It all looks clean where he was working and he left the spot in my siding very presentable.
