I am local installer with over 20 years experience with Lowe's, Lumber Liquidators and Floor & Decor. I am new to Angie's List but looking forward to working with you. I am personally involved with every aspect of your installation to insure it is done right. I take pride in my workmanship and and will make sure you are completely satisfied. We cannot recommend Leo enough! We hired him to install vinyl plank in the entire second floor of our home, as well as replace a carpeted staircase with hardwood. Leo’s price was incredibly reasonable, and his work is truly outstanding! Leo is a one man shop, but completed all of our flooring projects efficiently. He communicated with us every step of the way, and explained all of the choices we could make along the way. We would not hesitate to hire Leo in the future, and sincerely recommend him!

The project went exactly as planned. Leo communicated extremely well throughout the process. He had many suggestions which improved the results with little to no cost impact. You can see the pride Leo takes in his work through the very precise cutting and placement for the installation. His rates are very competitive. I highly recommend him.

I am VERY pleased with the work that Leo did for me. He is knowledgeable and very professional. We ran into a minor issue with the flooring pattern, but Leo knew exactly how to take care of it. It looks great and I would definitely hire him again for any future jobs I may have.

I cannot say enough good things about Leo. He does beautiful work, is efficient, fast and just a delight to work with. He gets back to you quickly with any questions. It's hard to believe he accomplishes all this work by himself! We are absolutely thrilled with his work.

Leo Picard was very flexible as to timeframe to get floor installed as our requirements were to have the floor completed before Thanksgiving. His prices were very reasonable and in our opinion were as good as price we would get from the big box stores. The floor looks great & would highly recommend Leo to anyone looking for a floor install.

Leo did a wonderful job, he was very conscientious. He went “the extra mile” to deal with a difficult sill, making sure that it was solid and good looking, when some other installers might have just covered it up. He didn’t charge me any extra for this, either. I would definitely hire him again, and recommend him to friends.

Leo was fantastic. We hired him to finish installing vinyl floor planks (that my husband and I failed to complete on our own) throughout our first floor. It came out perfect, the edges are all clean cut. Would definitely hire again.

Leo arrived on-time for the estimate, measured accurately for required materials, was flexible for installation date, arrived on time for installation, cleaned up after himself, very friendly. Installation was perfect, even in utility room which required many odd cuts due to pipes, etc. Final cost matched original estimate.

Very well. Leo came and measured everything promptly. We wanted to reduce cost as possible and Leo guided me on breakdown of cost, and how to do the tear-down by ourselves. Set up everything through a better quality and cheaper vendor for the materials. Instructed and answered questions through before the install. Then came and completed the work perfectly and quickly.

His work is excellent. Both times the job was completed ahead of schedule. We will be contacting him again for a 3rd job and highly recommend him to anyone who has flooring needs. Just FYI his estimates include the waste needed for installation so don't let the place you are purchasing flooring from talk you into adding 5% more product for waste.

The floor came out beautifully; Leo was very communicative with me and the flooring provider, and accommodating of a couple last minute changes (*I knocked down a wall between 2 rooms and needed the flooring to be contiguous). I was a little surprised (and confused) about Leo's wife being present for both days of the job, mainly (from what I observed) because she didn't do anything. Regardless, the floors look great and I'm a happy client! :)

Very good. Pays a lot of attention to detail. Very good with helping to pick out matching grout. On the hardwood floors he had to made existing floors not an easy job , but they look great
