I offer great quality craftsmanship without the high overhead. I have been in the business for 13 years. I am a one man show and do all the work myself (no plumbing or electrical). I will deal with the customer from the very first meeting to the very last. Typically I will ask for a small percentage of the overall contract up front to cover material costs. The rest will be paid upon completion.
