got the whole job done in one day.....didn't show up till 11:00..no calls...I had to call to see if they were coming.. I'm finding rotted boards now after the job is done and paid for...owner said he would come out to see and never showed up.... most of job came out very good, but the overall job was not. I would not recommend them to do work at your house....I may be the only one with issues, but are you willing to take that chance??

Generally satisfied; there are a couple of things to watch for.
First the weather was extremely windy and they sprayed. I mentioned my concern when I arrived home the first day (work completed during the day) and they assured me the wind was not problem. After the job was done there was overspray on windows, plants, and deck. they scraped the windows after I mentioned it. The deck isn't too bad, so I will deal with it when I restain.
The second thing came after they were done. When I went to put the screens back in, the windows wouldn't open; they were painted shut. Up the ladder to cut the paint and work each window open from the inside. Took two days. But the fun is not finished. They painted the liner on which the sash travels. I could get the top sash of every window to drop afew inches, but no more. I don't drop the top sash often, in fact almost never. So I paid them and will deal with the top sash if I need to.
Overall, the job looks great. I would use them again. But I would go over all these details with the crew before they started and check that the windows open before they left.
