They came in and check, they recommended to replace the tubes, so they installed a new cap & chimney lining, chimney, the whole chimney unit was replaced, then they came a year after to check on the chimney that they did and replace. Good job, good helpers, the work was fine.

Ceaser Chimney Service responded promptly to my phone call, quickly assessed the scope of work to be done, provided a written estimate, and put me on their schedule to have the work done before winter. The work was expertly completed on Nov 20th and I could not be more pleased with the result and the whole process. John Ceaser is professional and personable. I do highly recommend him for any chimney service and will call him should I ever need future service.
Description of Work
The crown of my chimney had cracked and deteriorated at the edges. I did not find this out until mid-October.

Excellent service, answered all my questions and were very neat., left no mess. They even did a little maintenance to make sure the fire screen doors where snug tight. Both were professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

Arrived at 9:00 am with 4 guys to knock it out before the weather changed. They did a great job and were done and gone by 1:00 pm. When they left the work areas were cleaner than when they showed up.

John and Max were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They cleaned the woodstove chimney, fixed a mistake made by the original installer, and gave our brick chimney a thorough inspection and an estimate to make needed repairs. The price was less than we have paid before, and the work was excellent. We will definitely call them again!

John Ceaser and Max replaced our furnace chimney and liner, including demolition of the deteriorated concrete block and cleaning the ductwork at the furnace. They were exceptionally neat (hauling away all debris promptly), professional, informative about what the job entailed and replacing the stone and liner. The masonry work is particularly handsome and they took extra care on the appearance because it is viewable from the driveway. They also swept clean our woodstove chimney and cleaned the stove interior. We are extremely pleased with the job and recommend the company highly. Jill was a delight to work with in the office, as well. Great job, folks, and thanks!

Prompt arrival; knowledgeable and professional service -- at a reasonable price. I want to also especially note and commend the professionalism and helpfulness of Jill, who scheduled our appointment, coordinated the service, and telephoned me a day ahead with a reminder call.
