they show up on time and do a good job. I have no complaints. It is a little hard to get a hold of them on the phone

I called to explain what I wanted and was told someone would be out in a day or 2 and I would be given an estimate. The next day I got the estimate that I thought was good. I was told the work would be done at the beginning of the next week. The following Monday when I came home, it was done. I have not received a bill yet. My only small complaint is that they had moved my patio furniture and did not put it back where it was, and there was one branch left in the yard. To me those were small things. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and polite and explained everything very clearly.

It all went well until the bill came. They charged for two yards of mulch but delivered and used only one. They did not leave the other yard or adjust the price accordingly. They sent a threatening letter that they would report me to the Credit Reporting agencies if I did not pay for the undelivered mulch.
