Scammers..stay away!! Brought my 2018 pilot in with a list of problems. (My manufacturer warranty ran out 3 months ago) Water leakage from the seatbelt. My emissions light on, car was bucking at around 40mph ( most likely from the emissions) and the radio would shut off by itself. I was told diagnostics was $139 if not covered by our warranty. Which most likely would be covered unless it’s some caused by say an “animal chew through something” I get a call all the work is done. The radio wasn’t doing anything, the emissions code was cleared and they tested it. The leak was a seal around the window. They resealed (probably with duct tape) Insurance will not cover anything. Luckily it equaled to exactly what each of the diagnostics amounts. $445 then they told me I knew it was going to be $445 because when I was told the diagnostics may be $139 but most likely would not be charged, the service advisor just had Ius sign it and did not explain that somehow the service to clean my gas cap , clear on the code and to reseal the window was going to cost me $445 before they even diagnosed the problem.. pretty smart of them huh.. then charged me $15 for paying with my debit card.. because I carry $500 in my back pocket. The manager JOHN OTIS pretty much told me too bad I signed that it was going to be almost $500 before they even knew what was wrong with the car even thought the service advisor told me it was just the diagnostics and probably wouldn’t even get charged. STAY AWAY. Auto fair Corporate will be called and so is Honda but do yourself a favor get a Toyota

I have an older Honda and the seat belt, when you put on the seat belt, take it off, it doesn?t retract, it is a little mechanism, a little reel. I asked them to do that and I was going to pay the additional amount and it wasn?t done. I was really mad about that, cause I don?t want to make another trip down there. It?s not the most convenient place to go.
The other time with the other car we had, they weren?t able to get the part. I just felt like this is a waste of time to have to make the appointment, bring the car in and not have the part. So, you have to come back another time. Then they forgot about it. I had to call them back and say ?what?s going on, what?s taking so long! I would like to be informed if there is a problem!? It just seems although they might have gotten so overwhelmed and they get so busy that somehow we got lost in the shuffle.
Would use them again if I needed to get something specifically through a dealer. I tend to try to go through another company to see if they can get something after market. I would rather go with the other company than to have to go to the dealer and pay top dollar. I am less likely to use them again.

Have been using them for two years. It’s convenient, it’s easy to get scheduled. They have online scheduling, so I just usually just pick a time that works for me. You just drive up and you’re done. Staff is fine. They could be clearer about the work that needs to be done verses what they’re trying to get you to do to get money.

I?was not happy with this dealership. They claimed they could not replace the tail light assembly and that they had to replace?the bumper and replace the side panels. They wanted thousands of dollars worth of work that was not necessary. I think they were trying to?take advantage of my daughter because they thought she was making the decision. They made her go to another separate building where they did body work and she got an estimate from them. It was probably a $1,500 estimate that another company said was not necessary. It was clearly an unreasonable estimate. I have dealt with them before and most of the time they have done pretty well. I have dealt with some really great people at that dealership, but I think they steered her wrong. In the past they have done quality work and I have not had any issues. I have not had any problems in the past as far as their service department. In general they are very professional when I have dealt with their service department.

They replaced transmission in my 2009 Hyundai. My car only had 5600.00. I purchased my car from them. They did a good job. My car was under warranty and did not have to pay for it.

They did a pretty good job, it was rather expensive though. I was satisfied with the service.

We had a bad experience with them when we were out looking to replace one of our cars. We showed up to test drive a car. I am in a same sex relationship and my partner is much younger than myself. When they came back to talk to us, they referred to me as "dad". They just made the assumption that I was a father. They kept pushing me on needing my credit information. When the first question was brought up about credit, we told them that they don't need to worry abut credit and it won't be an issue, and they kept pushing it. They said that they needed to do a credit check to see if we would be able to buy the car. So we told them that if it comes down to it, we would pay cash for the car. They were not professional in any way, shape or form. We've already told our other friends about our negative experience and we wouldn't go back. We would never recommend them to friends and family.

They're reliable and I've been very pleased with their service. They take a personal interest in each customer. They explain what they're doing. The facility is clean and one of the nicest service centers I've been in.

The price was clearly shown in the ad, but there is very fine print, ALL prices are $3000 more than the stated price, even if one has a car to trade in, which I did. Also, the car is clearly listed under Certified Pre-Owned in the ad, but it wasn't one AND they tried to push a warranty on me while I was there, I think this is called bait-and-switch. The third item I'm not happy with, is that I was told by a salesman at an earlier service visit, that since I'd brought current my car there for service, that I would get a good trade in. Well I didn't, it was lowball. All told the car I got is nice but I guess I need to clarify with the NH Attorney General's Office, whether their advertising is illegal. Also, when I called a few days later with some very polite questions, I was shunted around, eventually got the voicemail of a finance guy, then he never returned my call. When I filled out the How're We Doing Web form a CS type tried to get my to buy a third-party used car warranty for $2000!!! Probably I should have and quot;walkedand quot; when I saw I was dealing with a sleazy outfit, but I wanted the car and overall the price itself was fair. I just found the entire experience distasteful, and as I said I plan to clarify a few points with the State of New Hampshire.
By way of fairness I've been bringing my (traded) CR-V to AutoFair Service Dept. for maybe 5 1/2 years. I've always found them to be great to deal with, never been unhappy. For one expensive item about 3 years ago, the timing belt, I asked them to justify why they were so much more than all competition. They actually came down on the price, and it's never been an issue. The old car was running great when I traded it. All told I wish I had it back!

I could not be happier! They were very courteous and responsive to any questions I had from the time I walked in until I left. After they started working on it Jim my service adviser informed me that along with the service I asked for they noticed my rear brakes were not working properly and it looked like it had been going on for sometime, something another dealership had missed or not checked. Plus my fog lights were cracked (which I had known for awhile but just hadn't had the money to replace) and gave me a quote for a replacement that I passed on. He understood and didn't try to talk me into it but presented all the facts regarding them, again something another dealership did not mention. I was told the work would take 2.5 hours and they were spot on give or take a few minutes. Again he went over everything that was done and it came out to be cheaper than originally quoted. We even had a laugh about the rear seat problem (turns out the correct buckle was under the seat and anyone using that seatbelt was trying to latch it into the wrong buckle, once again something another dealership had missed TWICE!). Checkout was quick and efficient. I can't remember a better place where I've had work done on my car.

Don't deal with these people. They did not disclose the actual cost of the vehicle and greatly exaggerated it's value. Their advertisment was strictly "bait and switch". DO NOT GO TO THEM. There are plenty of other dealers to see about a used or new vehicle.

See paragraph above, all the visits there have been fine. They understand when I can only do little bits at a time because of finances; they're nice about it.
