He did an exceptional job. He asked questions about the unit, he asked for any supplies he needed, and he asked for newspaper to place on a table before putting anything down on it. He took the whole unit apart, vacuumed and oiled it, tightened it up, reinforced the power cord, and cleaned everything up. He also pointed out an old bushing that would soon need replacement so I know to monitor it. He charged only $125 for nearly 90 minutes of work. He was on time, very cordial and nice to talk to, and let me know that he services every major line of fitness equipment: Nautilus, StairMaster, Precor, Cybex, Matrix, etc. I was also impressed that he was on time never having been in Wakefield before. He's based in Manchester NH but travels to a lot of towns.

The owner was very nice to deal with and very knowledgeable about all the equipment. They were easy to contact. They have been in the fitness business for a long time. The equipment looks brand new and it comes with a year guarantee.
