Called first and the person I spoke to on the phone was nice but snappy. They sounded like I interupted them. I went to the store to get 2 keys possibly fixed which I had Home Depot make and they didn't work and then returned into Home Depot to have corrected and still didn't work. When I asked if my already brand new made keys could be fixed or finely cut. I was told no with an attitude. The guy behind the counter was not the owner but made me 2 keys which took hem less then 3 seconds each to make on one of those older hand controlled machines rather than the autopilot machine at Home Depot and Lowe's. Both keys were perfectly hence the top mark for quality. The keys themselves are made of different metal and higher quality as well. When the guy was done making the keys he dropped them on the counter and I said Wow that was fast are they're all set. Them man replied with a big attitude yeah anything else. I paid for the keys and left. I would have given this place a high rating all around if one the guy behind the counter could do his job without the attitude. I wanted to take one there small safes off the shelf and drop it on his head. And two the guy could have easily going by how fast he made new keys, easily fixed the keys I had Home Depot make. If he said sure I can fix them but I would need to buy made set from me also. Then I would been happy with that. Just get rid of the attitude. The survey asks if I would go back. I only said yes because I would go only if I had to.

When I called for an appointment they gave me a one hour time window, for which they showed up on time. Prolite, conversant. On the truck they were able to make multiple copies of the keys for me which saved me a trip. Price was higher than expected for only servicing one lock as there is a general service fee, but this was also the first time I've called a locksmith. Would do it again

I called the company on Monday and we set up an appointment for Thursday. They showed up on time and they were very professional. We had a dead bolt but he told us that it wasn't a good one so we purchased one from them. He also fixed the lock on our front door. After he was done, he vacuumed and cleaned up. I would hire that company again.

. I have always got good service. When you go in to get keys made or keys changed over it is not very expensive. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. They really know their stuff. They are very honest too. If you walk in with a key he will take a look at it and he will tell you in two seconds if he can be copied not. If it can be copied they will do it for you. I never had a problem where you get your key copied but when you go to use it does not work, it was not copied right, or they did not cut it right. I never had that problem. I have even taken difficult keys to other well known places where they have screwed it up but not this guy. They have been in business in the same location for at least 30 years. I will use this company in the future.
