We had a rough time with all weather exteriors. -non NH crew (subcontracted out of Massachusetts) -poor workmanship (flashing not done correctly) -a lot of “that’s the way roofs are done” type of gaslighting. When problems were pointed out. -items we asked to be avoided weren’t respected (asked our flat roof to not be walked on, soft spots, and they used it as staging ) Over all very disappointed with this company. Got told I didn’t know how flashing was supposed to look, and got gaslighted into just saying “ok” and paying because fixing items was a hassle. “It’s a 100 year old house” -yes we know. We’re trying to make it better but it definitely felt like we were judged on this aspect, and were treated as such.

The owner was incredibly rude. He claimed that the decking on our garage was too thin. The resolution was to apply a thin layer of decking over the existing one but still charge us the cost for total removal of the existing decking and putting on standard-thickness plywood. They claimed if we didn't elect to go with adding the additional layer of plywood he would finish the job then call an inspector to make sure it got all ripped up. They also installed gutters. None of the downspouts were plumb and were just attached to the gutters with a single screw. I could see daylight between the downspouts and the gutters. The owner is an extortionist.

Terrible communication, left garbage everywhere during the project, didn't clean up any nails. Terrible experience, would not use again or recommend to anyone. The only +was it appears they did a good install and they were quick. Roof has been up for a few months.

Gave us straightforward pricing, which was refreshing. Super communicative and organized.

Michael Wright was a phenomenal professional we worked with to accomplish our roof installation project. He was well prepared and knowledgable, educating us on all their products and services in a clear and concise way. No one else in this industry was as transparent and had the paperwork and referrals to back their stelar reputation. I've had some bad experiences with other roofing companies. So, it was immediately clear to me I was in good hands. They even communicated often with us, checking in to see if we had questions and letting us know when the products were going to be delivered. I felt confident and comfortable working with them and I would hire them again when my next roofing project comes up.

All Weather Exteriors is by far the best roofing company on the planet! Every staff member, from Patrick the rep, the terrific installer team, Paul the project manager, and Mike the owner are all truly good, honest, hardworking, and awesome people! We had our shingle roof replaced with standing seam metal roofing and thank goodness for the quality and expertise of All Weather Exteriors as a month later a giant tree fell on our house - had we not had our new roof we would be rebuilding our home. I believe that All Weather Exteriors literally saved our lives! The only significant damage was to the ridge vent and some scratches on the metal - talk about high quality materials for sure. The customer service of Mike the owner is really second to none as he came out about an hour after it happened to check the damage to make sure the roof was all right and wouldn't leak until repairs could be done - he even worked with our insurance company and kept in contact until we could get it resolved. I can't say enough good things about All Weather Exteriors - they are definitely the best roofing company ever!

In August 2018, we requested estimates from three contractors to replace our roof. We met with two contractors, one of which was ALL WEATHER EXTERIORS. Of the three, ALL WEATHER EXTERIORS was the only contractor that contacted us to follow up after the initial quote to see if we had any questions or needed any further information. They were also the highest bidder. We informed them of this and Micheal, the owner, asked if he could meet with us to discuss it further. He came to our home the next evening and was very thorough in explaining his company’s experience in the business, the process they followed in replacing the roof and why they used the quality materials they used. He answered all of our questions and we were quite impressed with his knowledge, professional demeanor and passion for his work. He asked us to give him a few days to see if there was a way to save us some money and got back to us with a quote we felt was fair and affordable. From that point forward, we spoke with several others at ALL WEATHER EXTERIORS including Mark and Paul. Everyone was professional, courteous and made us feel that they truly appreciated our business. Materials/dumpster were delivered when they said they would be, and great care was taken to ensure no damage and that nothing would be in our way. They crew showed up on the exact day and time they promised and went right to work. Everyone on the crew knew what they were supposed to do and got right into doing it. The crew leader on the job was great they all worked together as a well-trained team. When it came time to strip the garage roof, the crew leader showed me that much of the wood underneath was in tough shape. He contacted Paul who got back to me with a cost to reskin the roof with plywood and I gave him the go ahead. During this time the crew never stopped working…unlike contractors that I have seen who would use this as an opportunity to “take a break”. They completed the additional work without a hiccup and got the job done within the time frame they promised. I should note that we have an in-ground pool about 8 feet off the side of the garage which they completely covered to prevent debris from falling in the pool. Cleanup was thorough and any extra materials and the dumpster were removed they very next morning. Paul came by to review the work and make sure we were satisfied with the job. We were, and are, more than satisfied. Fast forward a year later when we found a wasp nest next to our bay window at the roof line and noticed 2” holes on either side of the window. I assumed it had to do with the flashing or drip edge from the roofing job and sent mike an email. He responded immediately and agreed to come by the next day…which he did. We investigated the situation and agreed that the holes in question really had nothing to do with the roof…HOWEVER, Mike offered to see if they could fabricate something that would fix the problem and also offered suggestions if I wanted to repair it myself…which is what I chose to do. These days, people always take the time to complain but are not so quick to praise quality work and a sincere dedication to customer service. In our opinion, ALL WEATHER EXTERIORS, is a quality company made up of quality individuals and would not hesitate to engage their services for other home projects as they arise. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!

These guys are the real deal. They were there to help, and the new roof looks great! They showed up on time, got things done very efficiently. We had just made an offer on a house in January that would need a new roof, they worked with us for the timing, and managed to get things taken care of really quickly after we decided to get the roof from them! Not once did I feel pressured, it felt like they were there to help! I cannot emphasize enough their ethics, and speed and quality of the job. And they do all exteriors (siding windows doors) and we DEFINITELY will be calling on them for other projects into the future!

The whole process was a joy from start to finish. While the finish involved a large check, it was well deserved. All Weather was very responsive to both our initial request for a bid as well as scheduling, doing, and completing the work. Various options were thoroughly explained and the work began on-time (actually,the day before it was planned). The installation crew were professional, efficient, and friendly. They essentially completed a large job in one day, even working through an unexpected rain shower. We were always kept in the loop and were asked if everything was satisfactory. Our neighbors also saw the effort, and asked for the company's name and phone number. The installation crew worked hard and employed good tools throughout the process, resulting in an excellent product. Thanks! We'd use them again.

They did a very smooth job. They were on time, professional, and there were no hiccups. I would definitely hire them again. I highly recommended them to my neighbor and they were great there as well.

I was very pleased with the level of communication that Micheal Wright provided before we signed our contract. He and his team kept me updated as the work progressed and they were very responsive to my input. He included several additional items which I requested in the contract and delivered on those as well as additional needs that I requested as the work proceeded. I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism of his team. I would most certainly use them again and heartily recommend them for roofing work.
