I paid an hourly rate and I was satisfied with them. They are a big operation and sometimes I get different service people. The last guy that came really knew his stuff. Some of the ones before that were all right. I have a complex system. I have a boiler that also has radiant heat that is also driven off the regular boiler. It is complex and only the last guy was able to handle it. The heating unit is working fine. I use them all the time.
