Jose and Juan were absolutely fantastic. Extremely responsive, knoweledgeable, competent and professional. We (like 1/2 of MA and 3/4 of Rhode Island) had basement flooding-- 1 foot of water-- in March 2010. Some friends recommended A&J to us. We called and Jose came over right away, surveyed the damage, developed a plan and was very helpful and reassuring in this time of our "crisis." He returned with pumps, fans, and related equipment. We had a little mold and so drywall needed to be removed. This was done once the water was evacuated. All the tasks listed above were accomplished with skill and excellent communication. 2 weeks later, we had a smaller flood, and Jose and Juan again responded immediately, and we were able to rent some fans to do some more drying. We highly recommend Jose and Juan, and would use them again in a heartbeat. We plan to use them for duct cleaning later this spring as they also provide this service.
