From start to finish, I felt I was in good hands with A1 Roofing. The quote was provided quickly and accurately described the work I needed done. John provided detailed answers to all of my questions and got back to me within a day. He started the job when he said he would and finished it on time. It was a big job and quite costly. I have little knowledge of roofing and did some research online.I wanted quality work. I reached out to 8 roofers and selected A1 because they were accurate, detail-oriented, honest, and very responsive. I was very happy with the entire experience and the new roof. I would go to them first with any other work I needed done .

Chris came out to give an estimate and was extremely polite and thorough. He took photos to show me the different areas of concerns, he even filled in a gap that was allowing water to get in before we even decided to go with them. The estimate was in the same ball park as the other ones I had received but I felt Chris was more detail oriented and very professional. They arrived on time the day the work was scheduled and was able to get it completed by dark, as promised. They cleaned up all the mess and left the area as they found it. This is a family run business and everyone is extremely nice and were always on hand to answer any questions I had. The cost was exactly what was quoted! I would highly recommend A1 as they did a great job!

A-1 responded to all of my phone calls and emails very quickly, started and completed the job on time, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The job took a couple of days, and they cleaned up after each day, and were very careful around our mulch beds. We were extremely happy with their overall service from start to finish. And the most important part is that the job was done right, with no mistakes!

Slope and stability of roof was determined to be perfect. I have more than one roof line and the shadows from one was
creating the appearance of an imperfection at certain times of the day on the other roofline.
However, they took my concern seriously, and even though it was long over the labor warranty, they wanted to make
certain the work was done correctly.

They gave us a quote before the job - it was not the lowest but it was reasonable. It was good. They seemed to be reliable. The cleanup and their professionalism were perfect. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

I was very satisfied with this company. They are very professional. I called them and they came right out, but they never called me to inform me that they had an appointment opening. So I was not aware that they were coming.
