Kezar Automotive opened in 1998 with the main goal to offer expert independant Subaru care, friendly personal honest service and substantial savings compared to high dealership prices. That has grown to us servicing most imported and domestic vehicles, as most of our customers have another brand in the driveway as well. Any service or repair need is looked at with the customer’s best interest in mind. We will discuss your vehicles needs with you in order of importance. We don’t subscribe to the philosophy that everything on a car has to be done at once. If there is a minor issue with the car it will be presented as just that. We’re not a hard sell and will take the time to work with you in determining what is best for you and your vehicle. Our team is constantly striving to exceed all of your expectations. Our approach is simple. We treat you the way we would like to be treated. Most of our new customers come to us from personal referrals. This "word of mouth advertising" is extremely precious to any business. We don't buy into nor do we believe that our customers buy into heavy advertising tactics, and the added expense that this incurs. You won't find us trying to "bait" new customers with coupons, "sales" or "specials". We believe that our loyal customers are savvy enough to know that any business that discounts some items or services (to "bait" new customers) must, in turn, make up for it somewhere else.
