I would not recommend Sweeet - their customer service is terrible- they are unresponsive to any phone calls. If you have an issue they do not respond.

Removed a large amount of yard waste from my property. They came as scheduled and completed the work as requested. They did a great job. We will use them in the future.

He was here early morning and stayed all day with only a short lunch break. Had the correct equipment, enough help and had most of the job done in that first day. Came back the following day and finished around noon. This also included tearing up our driveway concrete to use as fill and laying done gravel.

The project ran long due to some materials issue which was resolved quickly and a holiday weekend which pushed the project out a bit over 2 weeks however results are perfect.

I'm happy with both services. They picked up and delivered machines to my house. If you schedule the service out of season you should be able to get a deal. Not cheap but it really should keep these expensive machines running longer.

We had a great experience your first time. Immediately upon showing up the foreman of the project came up and shook my hand, introduced himself and asked if there's any details of the project beyond what he had been told that I wanted to make him aware of. His crew were all very professional and courteous. They worked extremely hard and were very attentive to details. I am an interior designer and a bit of a perfectionist and they not only met my expectations but exceeded them. It's very rare that I say that. I plan to use them in the future and would highly recommend them.

I would use them again any day! They were so professional and courteous. All the work was done as scheduled, with the exception of rainy days. We were very concerned about the trees close to the house, and they removed them without incident. Overall, we would highly recommend them.

When reviewing your invoice I don't see that you were charged for excavator use, the job was quoted and completed with a set price including labor and use of tools/machinery necessary and the price would have stayed the same whether is had taken more or less time, as we don't charge by the hour for machinery use. Kyle was prompt when he came to give the estimate and had a little time before the busy season really kicked in. Originally scheduled for the previous Friday but we had a couple cold days so we waited a few more days until the ground was thawed. The Sweeet crew showed up on time around 8 AM and got right to it.
The guys worked with me throughout the day asking me exactly how I wanted to work done. It couldn't have went any better.

Work was very straight forward and not challenging. Work was done well. I have used Sweet for about 4 years to handle weekly lawn mowing. they are reliable and do good work. If you want them to make and adjustment or modify how they are doing something (for example, do a better job with the edges of lawn or raise the blade level in hot summer months for cutting) you can call the owner Kyle Segal and he will be responsive to that request.

I asked the installers if they felt the run would be too steep and they said no but in fact it is. They brought the walkway in too low to the front steps so you really pitch off the steps onto the walkway. I also asked them to raise the level of the walkway just slightly (1/4" -1/2" so water from the downspout wouldn't run onto the walkway. They not only didn't do that but the walkway actually slopes down a little from the driveway so water pools on the walkway. I have tried to contact them three times recently to get them to install a step in the middle of the walkway and come into the stairs a little higher but have gotten no response so I will get someone else to fix it. I wasn't looking for a free fix, but they never called me back so they made a poor assumption in not getting back to me so now they have a negative reference on Angie's List and to anyone else that might inquire of me.
