We never heard from them to schedule service. When I called after never receiving a schedule date, he hasn't even bothered to read the contract. He PROMISED to call by the end of the day. Nothing. When my warranty company called him to schedule the service a week later, (after I complained), he simply stated he wasn't interested. What a waste of time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Ken was great.  He promptly returned my phone call, and came out right away to provide an estimate.  He didn't have the part in stock and had to order it, but he got it quickly.  While he was there he looked at the broken burner our ceramic cook top and gave us an estimate, but after finding out the age of the stove, he was quick to point out that it wouldn't be worth it to repair that, as the cost of repair was almost half of what a new stove would cost.
While Ken was there repairing our broiler element, I mentioned the broken switch on the dryer, and he quickly checked it out, found that he had the part in his truck and replaced it while he was there. 
Ken provided great service at an excellent cost.  I will certainly use him again in the future and can honestly recommend him to anybody who needs appliance service.

Peters came out the next morning after I called for service to look at our oven and determined that we needed to replace it. After talking with him about our options he gave us a great deal on a brand new wall unit oven that he had in his shop from a recent install where the customer changed their mind. He ended up replacing our wall unit oven and saved us literally hundreds of dollars (brand new wall unit ovens start at $1000 retail) all within less than a week of our original phone call to him. We would definitely use his services again if we ever need an appliance repaired or replaced.

Washing machine stopped agitating. Called and set up an appointment that worked out fine. He arrived on time, assessed issue, and washer was fixed within 35 minutes. He had all of the replacement parts he needed in his truck and was able to fix within 35 minutes.

I have to admit that I was a little concerned since the original arrangement was very soft; i.e., "Call me the night before and tell me when they say they are going to deliver." But that was what I did. I was surprised to learn how well-coordinated these guys are. I called Peters again when I knew the delivery driver was on his way. Peters (and I forget the name of the gentleman that came to do the work) was at my house before the delivery truck. I had already pulled out the old dishwasher so they could get to work right away. The installation went smoothly with no problems. The installer was nice enough to give me some additional pointers on the care of my new dishwasher (e.g., cleaning the filter regularly; not using regular spray cleaners on the stainless exterior, etc.). The work was done well, it was priced right, and they showed up when they said they would -- how rare is that these days! I would certainly recommend them.

Peter is amazing. He targeted my problem with my dishwasher (need water softner in the house) when a privately owned appliance repair in Manchester said I needed a new dishwasher.
He is very responsive and professional.

Ken offered advice on newer units and gave warnings about the difficulty of finding parts for some of the LG and Samsung models. I actually did purchase an LG from a big box store and made sure to get the extended warranty, which was a very modest add-on.

Mr. Peters was very flexible in meeting my difficult schedule. Once we figured out a time, he arrived promptly and fixed my very old washing machine, and was honest with me about the overall condition of the machine and what I could expect from it in the future. The price was very reasonable and the machine has been working great since the repair.

He was very courteous, fast, got right to work. Had the needed part in his truck. Called me back within 2 hours when I called to set up the appointment and he was there the next day.

Peter is great. I have used him several times. He is always quick to respond. He is very knowledgeable and will tell you exactly what you need to know about your situation and even guide you on future purchases, etc. His prices are extremely fair. You can't go wrong with Peter.
