+ -1 moreI needed a panel replaced in my garage door. I wanted the windows to match the windows in my second door. They ordered the panel for me on June 9, and they charged me 50%. On June 19, I emailed them to check the status, and they did not get back to me. On June 25, I called and no one got back to me. On June 29, I called again, and they needed to find the information. On June 30, they called and said the order had been on hold at the factory since June 9 because the windows I needed could not be installed in the panel. I cancelled the order and asked them to credit my card.
Description of Work: Ordered a panel for my garage door.
