Londonderry Physical Therapy

Orig assessment went well, I had hope. Then the actual visit took place and I was sorely disappointed. The exercises were basic and lame, I wasn't paid attention to very well while doing them, the exercises didnt seem to fit what I needed at all.

I highly recommend Londonderry Physical therapy (the business is actually named Londonderry Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine). They have always been professionsal, very knowledgeable, and take the time to really understand not only what the doctor has put on the referral but how you feel and what your goals are for therapy. They listen to you and are very thorough in their baseline examinations and treatments. They are very concerned about not doing more harm then good. I have been to other PT groups where you are instructed to do an exercise and then left on your own until the therapist remembers that they forgot you were there. This does not happen at Londonderry PT&SM. I am currently seeing Ashley Noke, for carpal tunnel surgery reahabilitation. She is excellent and excels at all the skills listed above. They are also very flexible with appointment times and provide quick response.

The appointments were a series of one hour treatments one or two days a week. The staff were professional and courteous. My use of their equipment was not extensive since it was to just therapy to regain area of motion so can not provide much detail.

I would recommend them. They were really accommodating with the schedule. They were very thorough and kept me up dated through out the whole process. The let me know what was going to happen and what to expect. I went there because I was in a car accident, and I am almost completely back to normal because of them.
