I have made more than 50 phone calls because she never showed up and never returned a single phone call.
Description of Work: I set up and appointment with them and confirmed a date. She came by my home in early December and she said she would start January 12th.

I am not quite sure who you are but I finally got my business info on here and saw this review. I am horrified that this was posted here. I would never not show up at a house that I said I would clean. Are you sure it was me? I have a client base of over 50 houses and never have and never would ignore somebody. I have a very reputable company and can furnish excellent references. I am very sorry that this happened to you. I assure you that you have the wrong person.
