 + 0 moreThey were supposed to add on a sun room. They instead added on a tiny step down room with a cathedral ceiling with the above-mentioned problems. The step down steps also separated and needed shims in between the spaces.
Description of Work: Added on a tiny room (nothing like I described) ... I desired a sunroom but got an add-on room which cracked in settlement and they refused to fix it. They used tubes instead of foundation which made the house fall into the mud and keeps sinking. Also animals have taken up living quarters there and have gotten into our home. they are jerks and not be accountable for their work.
