Description of Work: Dan Plante, owner of the Wooden Thumb, is the very best carpenter I have ever encountered. Conscientious, professional, thorough, and just a genuinely nice man. Highly recommend this man for any household repair or remodel. He can do just about anything at very responsible cost.

 + -1 more.Okay. This guy is THE best ever. I can't say enough good things about Dan. He is the consummate professional, works steady all day, arrives when he says he will and leaves the worksite spotless. He genuinely cares about the quality of his work and how you want it to look. AND, he is a super nice guy. And oh the work he did was the best I have ever encountered. I thought no one could top my dad (who was in the building trades), but Dan exceeded my wildest expectations.
Description of Work: Install crown around kitchen cabinets, secure kitchen cabinet to wall, install ceramic backsplash in kitchen, repair rotted window sills, secure granite countertop w/brackets, and other misc repairs
