DISASTER!!! They failed to meet completion date because they went on a cruise at the crucial time. There were +$80k in deficiencies caused by the builder (not the modular home company). They filed suit to collect balance payment. A trial ensued, the principals blatantly and consistently lied throughout the trial in order to win the case. I was forced to pay a judgment of +/- $90k as a result of their duplicity, including the legal fees for BOTH of his lawyers. Following this, I pursued charges of perjury. Robert Koczur was convicted of perjury. He managed to get that over-turned on appeal not because he did NOT commit perjury, but essentially because no one testified they saw him take the oath. Not content to merely take everything I had, they proceeded to excoriate me in the local paper. Docket #'s available on request. BE VERY WARY of trusting this company with your home or your money. I would hate to see another person victimized like I was.
