Jeff & John installed my plumbing and heating system into my new house in May 2011. As of today (Feb 2013) I still have issues with the heating system shutting off prematurely. I have tried many times to contact them, but they only pick up my calls when they feel like it. They have tried to solve the issue only 2 times over the past 2 years and now I have the leak from the water filter they installed. I am done with their poor quality work and hope I can save someone from going through the same headaches with them that I have.
PS - They have no issues taking your money, as I have spent over $20,000 with them.
