Mike Jackson and his son Kyle were fabulous to work with. Mike came out to inspect the current insulation and air flow situation and followed up on some hunches (e.g., that the soffit screens were decorative - sure enough - SOLID BOARDS underneath so NO airflow). He came back with a detailed proposal and answered questions on the spot and over several emails. He and his son were thorough, respectful re: taking care of the floors, avoiding extra dust, etc. and finished in the time window indicated. I recommend them unequivocally!! {work done: took out three areas of drywall, took out all old insulation, cut out soffit vents, put up proper vent, new insulation, fireboard bringing r value to R-30 (had been 20), put Rockswool around chimney, foamed rim joists in basement, replaced drywall), etc.
