Just had my roof done in Litchfield, NH on January 30th. Completely done in one day. The premises were left in the same condition as before the job was started. Never would know that there was a crew of eight working here the day before. Everything went smooth from working with Lonnie for the quote to finishing the paperwork with him after the job was done. My compliments to the crew, they worked together as a team. Amazing how they got all that work done in less than day. Smooth and efficient. I did my homework and got a total of three quotes. One of the quotes was almost three times the price of the quote from iRoof. The other quote was in the middle. You don't need to overpay for a quality roof. All the materials used on this job were quality materials. Lots of Grace ice and water shield in the critical areas. The roof looks great! I highly recommend iRoof.

worst contractor i have ever work with!

The workmanship was great! The crew arrived and setup quickly. placed out tarps on the yard and protected the plants. They moved anything that could be in harms way. After the work the went over the yard with a magnet to ensure all the nails if not caught with the tarps have been removed. The roof went on in one day. We have a standard ranch house roof with no valleys. I would recommend Steve.

Started promptly at 7:30am on the day scheduled for the start. Workers were courteous and professional (no loud boom boxes going). Did not need to be on the premises while roofing job was underway. All electrical needs provided by the crew. Had promised to complete job in one day and worked until 8pm trying to meet the promise. Was short two roofers so job spilled into second day but was finished before noon. Construction company owner Steve returned in the evening to do a final inspection of the work and the cleanup. It was pleasurable experience and will not hesitate to call Sand L for the next project.

We were referred to Steve Marchand who came highly recommended. He visited our home within a couple of days and explained the issues with the roof. He took photos to show us as well. He was very clear in describing the problem and told us in detail what he would need to do to replace the roof which included repairing some of the plywood as well. He was very professional, friendly and helpful. Within a couple of days, he arrived with a large crew and replaced the roof in less than one day. The crew did an excellent job of protecting our property and cleaning up afterwards as well. The price for the work was what we expected - no surprises. As part of the process, he collected damaged shingles, took photos and prepared paperwork to aid us in applying for compensation for the original roof. This roof had been installed thirteen years prior by another contractor and the shingles used were unexpectedly faulty. This application was done in a timely manner and he kept us informed of the process. I would recommend him to anyone. He did an excellent job in all aspects.
