Ron is very friendly and good at what he does. He was able to quote us a price just by looking at sent pictures, and the final price was what was quoted. He removed part of a damaged carpet (water damage) and was able to patch the area with some left-over carpet that we had. Only we can see where the replaced part is, if one wasn't looking for it, they wouldn't notice it. Ron was very professional and worked very cleanly. I would definitely utilize his services again if needed.
