I was the new owner of a home and the septic had not been cleaned/pumped in 22+ years. Called Schofields and scheduled a service call. They were flexible to meet my schedule, showed up on time and were very helpful Located the buried tank with little trouble and thoroughly cleaned the tank. We had lot's of questions for them given the neglect of the system and they patiently answered all of our questions and did not try to capitalize on our naiveete by selling us something we didn't need.
