This young man is incredibly skilled in all areas of building and his conscientious attention to excellence in quality workmanship results in a finished product that will meet the highest standards of the most discriminating customer. The fact that he is on the job daily as the organizer and project manager makes him accessible and accountable to the customer. His willingness to communicate problems, suggestions, and solutions, allows the customer to have input on even the most minor details throughout the project so they get the results they want. His energy and desire to please the customer and his friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor make him easy to talk to and work with and instill confidence that his experience and abilities are suited to any task you charge him with. George is a builder by vocation and he is blessed with good judgment, good design, and skills that are obvious in the flawless finish work not only in precise joinery but in his tendency to go the extra mile to put in the extra work and time to make everything as beautiful as possible. This was a massive project with thousands of details and decisions that had to be made over several months and I cannot find a single example of sloppy or below par workmanship. He was brilliant in suggesting design changes that he believed would enhance not only the quality of the work but the beauty of the finished design and most importantly, he remained true to the style of the house with a keen eye to appropriateness and proportion. If you are for fortunate enough to be able to enlist the services of the much in demand craftsman, you will not be disappointed and you will certainly get your money's worth and be delighted with the results. I personally could not be more pleased with his work.

George is always on time, has been honest and trustworthy. He always keeps me up-to-date on progress. His work is always outstanding! I don't even consider anyone else to do work.

George Trojan, the owner of the company, is also the one who does much of the work. He is on-site every day and takes great pride in his work. He is a carpenter in his soul. We were very happy with his work, and in our communications with George. He made many helpful suggestions, and communicated well when change orders had to be made to the work. He worked well both my wife and I, and made us comfortable. The price tag of our work grew with the doing, but for reasons that made sense, once we knew what we had to deal with. All of his quotes, invoices and change order documents were well organized, complete, and sensible. His suggestions greatly improved the quality of the finished project. The work was done as quickly as one could expect. He was on the project full time. Our only criticism is that George worked very hard to make us happy -- sometimes it would have been better to tell us bad news bluntly. (there will always be bad news in a project of this scope in an old house). Had he said that he needed a few more days to finish up, instead of rushing to meet our deadline, the end and our move in might have been smoother. (He did work very long hours at the end!) And at the beginning, he was a bit reluctant to tell us when we were asking for something that was a bit silly (we are not experts in this kind of thing!). But that is a minor issue. We were very happy working with George. He did a very good job, and we have recommended him already to several of our friends who are moving into new houses.
