 + -1 moreI took the car in at 9:00 am and they said it would be ready in less than 2 hours. It was easier to wait then drive all of the way home. By 2pm I was furious, demanding to get my car. They kept telling me that they were just finishing it and it would be ready soon. Every time I wanted to ask how much longer I had to stand in line for 45 minutes just to speak to someone. I had to have a friend pick me up at 5pm. At 7:30 that night they called my cell to say it was ready. I picked it up the next morning and of course the price they quoted on the phone was wrong, it was $150 more than the quote. Then I went the pick up the boat that I had put the hitch on to trail and Uhaul had put the wiring in wrong. I called and complained but got nowhere. I went somewhere else to get it fixed.
