RealClean Rugs specializes in cleaning oriental rugs, handmade rugs and rugs made of natural fibers. The rugs are cleaned in our rug cleaning plant using primarily, a submersion washing process.

RealClean Rugs does a fantastic job. I'll be using them to clean all my rugs each year to prevent moth damage. They provide a great service and properly clean wool rugs (prayer rugs, Turkish rugs, etc.) in an educated, informed manner. The rugs come back looking bright and clean.

Rugs were beautiful after cleaning - some had bad spots before. Everyone from pick-up/delivery staff to people in office were courteous, competent - I wish we had known about RealClean Rugs before.

They picked up and then delivered the rugs at no charge, since my order was at least $200.00 They provided outstanding service and quality. Kept in close touch with me by both email and telephone concerning status of my order and delivery of cleaned rugs. Keith, the owner, is an expert in his field. 7 years ago (when his operation was part of a larger company that offered a wider range of services) he cleaned a very large oriental (hand-knotted) rug that had been damaged in a flood. I thought that the rug was ruined but Keith returned it to an almost perfect condition.

Great work. The whole thing was incredibly smooth. They're real pros. My rugs look beautiful and the process of getting the rugs up and then down again was so simple. I am going to have them clean two more rugs, now that I know the service is so great.

They gave me an estimate before hand, which I really liked, they came to pick up my carpets and deliver them. They were just really nice, friendly, it was all good. The carpets came back looking great. I would use them again, no question.
