They're pretty good. We've always thought that they're reliable, experienced and pretty responsive. They come when you ask them; particularly the guy that worked on our boiler. We got an older boiler and the gentleman is an older guy. We've got a lot of confidence in him. We have a rental property away from our home. He takes care of whatever he's going to take care and let us know what is needed. The price is reasonable. They're second generation plumbers and they really know what they're doing. We go away on long vacations. The boiler was literally frozen for months. They definitely will come when they say they were going to come. We work from home. They're the only ones I would call.

Left a message on Sunday about a leak, called Monday morning and they were already on the way!
Very courteous, professional, found and fixed problem, replace a couple of valves that looked bad.
Totally reasonable price. no mess left.

The job went as expected and achieved the expected result.  I have never been disappointed with the quality of their work and their promptness when I have a problem.

They do a good job. They go over and above as best as they can. They were very helpful and they do good work.

I felt like I needed to repeatedly contact the company in order to get service,  When they installed the tub they did not tell me that it needed special wiring that required taking apart some of the work they had done - why they did not let me know this before hand is beyond me,

Overall, I would not recommend hiring this plumbing company.  The plumber inaccurately reported hours on the job that where not accurate (since I was home and logged the hours myself), the company does not return your phone calls  regarding billing questions, they're quick to take your call to schedule the job but when you have a problem or question regarding the work or bill it's dead air from them. 

They were punctual, courteous and honest. The bill was very reasonable.

The faucets both needed to have the supply lines replaced, which means that additional parts were needed. The estimate was that it shouldn't be a big job and they were only there for a little over an hour. It took months for us to get a bill, despite repeated our requests for one, and when it arrived it was over $400. I called the company and the man said that there was probably a mistake, but his wife/bookeeper was on vacation and wasn't available to fix it. We waited another couple of months and made calls, but the next bill that we received was a past due notice, still for over $400. Finally the last call that we made got us the updated bill that we were looking for, around $200, which we promptly paid. The water tank that we had them replace was done well, but again I had to call multiple times to get an invoice. The people seemed nice enough and the work was done well, but the mistake on our bill coupled with the work that we had to put into getting invoices will keep us from using them again.

The job was done within a week. They were on time, professional, responsive and did an excellent job. However, I paid $21.00 for 1 licensed plumber and $21.00 for the helper, who did no plumbing and just was a "ground man". Labor wise I was taken to the cleaners. The material charges were fair.

When service person arrived, I explained the problem. He could tell we had another flood in basement. He had worked on my furnace many times in the past, so was well acquainted with the unit and it's problems. He ran some tests and determined that, due to hardened soot, etc. from flood, chimney wasn't drawing and burner was clogged. He took the unit apart and patiently cleaned it, then ran tests again. All is well again.

I haven't gotten the bill yet. I will definitely use them in the future.

Extremely strong and deep clog in the kitchen sink. The pipes leading from the sink also leaked. Drano and a "snake" could not fix it so I called M.E. Pierce. I did not consider it an emergency but they still came out within an hour. They are located about 30 minutes from our house. Friendly guy came out, started to work on it immediately and in about 2 hours, maybe less the sink was unclogged and the leaky pipes were replaced. Two months later we have not had any problems. Prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.

We needed a new toilet and called Pierce Plumbing. The next day, they came, with the toilet, and installed it right away. The plumber was quick and knew what he was doing. I would definitely call them for all of our plumbing needs.
