Gatekeeper Lock & Safe LLC

The company began by requesting photos of my existing locks since they are 25 miles away. On the specified day they arrived with all of the correct tools to do the job, re-keyed each of the locks to a new master and so that one key would open all of them. The rep also lubricated several of the locks that were hard to operate. I was very pleased with their service, and the job was done quickly and efficiently.

It was easy to set up a time for the locksmith to come to our house, and the guy who came by was very nice, worked quickly, did a great job and cleaned up after himself. Very pleased with their service.

The experience was terrible.   Weeks went by, no word.  I called and was admonished because he was SO busy.  I asked how long I was to wait.  There was no answer.  Days later I called again and part of my job was done and my customer still had no way to lock up.  When I asked what about the rest of the work the technician told me he did not know the application so he did not know the blank he needed......AFTER he had it for over a MONTH!  He had my phone number and he never used it.  Finally I called back and asked what was the status of my locks and he fired back that they were not done and will not be done because he cannot find the blanks.
There is a level of apathy that I haven't seen for years. Yes, I am sure there are bigger fish for him to fry but I did not expect the work to be done for free.
Now my customer is still out of luck, I look as incompetent as this worthless locksmith and I, unlike him must work hard to rebuild my reputation to my customer.  AVOID this place.
