ELITE CLEANING

They arrived right on time, cleaned my carpet beautifully and quickly.

Went very well. They arrived on time, told me exactly what to expect/how long it would take. They weren't able to get all the stains out, but I don't know if anyone could have. Seemed a bit pricey for 1 couch, but they did work on it for quite a while.

Anthony was professional & friendly & did a wonderful job. He also educated us on carpet case. They gave us a $25 discount for calling them from a referral.

Penny came out to view the jobs to be done. She was on time gave a fee and explained exactly what would be done. A few days later, Anthony came out to do the job, answered my questions educated me about future care of the carpets and stayed for the exact amount of time I was told the job would take very happy with the results.

It did not go very well. i called the vendor the day before to confirm my appointment. All set. Later that day they called me to confirm. Start at 8 a.m., get here as close to that as they can. I waited till 9 a.m. and called Elite. They saiid I was scheduled for Oct 27th. I asked then why had a gentleman called me they day before to confirm? They said ok, someone can be there between 11-1. Fine. I went out for breakfast and they called and said they were running ahead of schedule and could they come now. I went home and waited. Got a call 30 minutes later that he was at wrong address. Finally got here and was somewhat difficult to communicate with but he got going. Room was nearly empty and there were no substantial stains. He worked on the carpet about a half an hour. Looked ok but when it dried did not look substantially different than prior to cleaning. I believe if he had spent more time the carpet would have come out much better. On the upside it was not expensive but I would have rather paid twice as much and had a clean carpet.

On time, professional service.  Minimal disruption to other tenants.  Friendly and efficient.

They were on time and called ahead to confirm. Wore slippers over their shoes. Pleasant! Came in, did their work & left.

Arrived few minutes early. Prepped carpet. Attended to highly soiled areas. Steam cleaned carpets. Moved furniture & cleaned underneath. Put protectors under wooden legs to avoid stains from varnish.

Arrived on time. Have used them for many years and have had good experiences.

The service representative met me at the door. I had used Elite before, and he was familiar with my house. He set up his equipment and performed the cleaning. He used shoe covers over his shoes.

I chose Elite because they were competitively priced.  Rob was a pleasure to work with.  He went out of his way to accommodate my needs.  He even set up the appointment after hours to ensure that the job was completed in the small timeframe I had. They did excellent job with the rugs....definitely exceeded my expectations!  I can't say enough good things about them!  I will always use them in the future!  Use them, you won't be disappointed.

It went fine. They were very good. The price was certainly reasonable. They did exactly what they were going to do.

It went very well.  It's an old carpet with a history of abuse.  They told us what to expect, warning us that some stains would not come out completely and that some might reappear.  They came back and retreated one section at no charge.  Carpet looks much better than it did.  I would use them again.
