+ -1 moreTHIS YOUNG MAN IS A CHRISTIAN FROM MY CHURCH AND IS HONEST, TRUTHFUL AND A HARD WORKER WHO DOES EXCELLENT WORK. HE DOESN'T LOUNGE AROUND BUT RATHER EARNS EVERY CENT HE CHARGES (WHICH ISN'T AS MUCH AS MOST OTHERS WOULD CHARGE.) HE CHARGES FOR THE MATERIALS USED WHAT HE PAID FOR THEM, NOT AN INFLATED PRICE AS A PROFIT.)
Description of Work: HE FINISHED THE WORK ANOTHER PROVIDER LEFT UNDONE AND NEVER CAME BACK TO FINISH ( VACATIONED IN FLA. ON OUR MONEY). HE MADE US A LOVELY DECK WITH HANDICAP STAIRS, FIXED THE OTHER PORCH STAIRS FOR EASIER HANDICAP ACCESSABILITY, FINISHED THE LEAKING NEW ROOF, FINISHED THE VINYL SIDING THE OTHER MAN DIDN'T REPLACE AND FINISHED THE NEW 3-SEASON PORCH THE OTHER GUY STARTED.
